Erfan's son Haytham, a Michigan State University graduate, joined the company in 1998 and was soon promoted to a leadership position. Today Haytham continues the tradition of attention to detail and strives to achieve one hundred percent customer satisfaction.
PASSION
A passion for creating excellence led company founder Erfan Obeid to develop several new home communities in the Metro Detroit, Michigan area, most notably Pine Cove Villas and The Hills of Loon Lake, both in Commerce Township.

In his role as company president, Haytham oversees all aspects of construction, including day-to-day supervision of projects, ensuring the highest standard of construction is met.
